the contracting party for all contracts concluded via the „oak padel“ platform (booking.oakpadel.co) is npr sports gmbh, augsburger str. 31, 86551 aichach, germany ("oak padel", "we", "us"). managing director: niklas rickmann. commercial register: amtsgericht augsburg, hrb 42659.

these terms apply to all bookings of courts, courses and open-match sessions, as well as to the purchase and redemption of vouchers and credits via our platform, whether by registered users or guests.

our services are directed at both consumers and business customers.

oak padel operates a padel facility in aichach, germany, and enables, via the platform, time-based booking of padel courts (60, 90 or 120 minutes), enrollment in courses, participation in "open match" sessions, and the purchase of vouchers and credit packages.

access to the facility is self-service via a digital door code provided after successful booking and payment. there is generally no continuous on-site staff presence.

certain services (e.g. booking with credits, participating in open match, viewing your bookings) require a user account, created via email magic link or google sign-in.

you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. keep your login credentials confidential; you are liable for misuse by third parties resulting from a breach of this obligation, to the extent you are at fault.

a booking is made by selecting an available time slot, a payment method, and clicking the „book now“ / „pay now“ button. this click constitutes a binding offer to enter into the respective booking contract.

the contract is formed once we confirm the booking, which happens automatically upon successful payment (confirmation by email and in your account's booking overview).

courts can be booked, subject to availability, for 60, 90 or 120 minutes. we may limit the number of concurrently active bookings and the advance booking window for capacity reasons.

the prices shown on the platform at the time of booking apply. all prices are final prices in euro, including statutory vat.

payment can be made by card / common payment methods via our payment provider stripe, by redeeming a voucher, or by using previously purchased credits.

you can cancel a paid booking yourself via your account or the cancellation link in the booking confirmation. the following refund rule applies, based on the time remaining before the booking start (as of the publication of these terms; the current rule is shown in the platform at the time of cancellation):

• cancellation 24 hours or more before start: 100% refund. • cancellation less than 24 hours before start: no refund.

refunds are issued via the original payment method: card payments via stripe, voucher payments via reactivation of the voucher value, credit payments via a proportional credit refund. bookings created without digital payment are not refunded digitally.

these thresholds and percentages may be adjusted by us for operational reasons; the version displayed in the platform at the time of cancellation applies.

vouchers purchased through the platform can, once activated, be redeemed for court bookings, courses, or other oak padel services, unless stated otherwise on the voucher.

vouchers are valid for one year from activation (for vouchers purchased before the facility opens, validity starts on the facility's opening date). unused value forfeits without compensation after expiry, to the extent permitted by law. cash payout of the voucher value is excluded.

credits are purchased in packages (e.g. a "10-pack") and credited to your account. one credit equals one hour of court time; bookings of different lengths are charged proportionally.

credits are valid for one year from purchase (or from the facility's opening date for pre-orders) and forfeit without compensation thereafter, to the extent permitted by law. cash payout is excluded.

access to the facility is granted only for the booked time slot via the system-generated door code. do not share the code with unauthorized third parties; you are liable for resulting damage to the extent you are at fault.

treat the courts and the facility with care and follow any posted house rules. we may deny access for future bookings in case of serious misconduct.

padel carries a general risk of injury. use of the courts and facility is at your own risk. each user is responsible for assessing their own physical fitness to play and for wearing suitable equipment (in particular court-appropriate footwear).

we are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health caused by our negligent or intentional breach of duty, and for other damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by us, our legal representatives or agents.

for breach of a material contractual obligation, we are also liable for ordinary negligence, but limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

beyond that, liability for ordinary negligence causing property damage is excluded, in particular for items brought onto the premises.

consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. this right does not apply to contracts for services related to leisure activities where the contract specifies a particular date or period of performance — this covers, in particular, the booking of specific court, course and open-match sessions.

for the purchase of vouchers and credit packages (not tied to a fixed performance date), the statutory right of withdrawal generally does apply; the relevant withdrawal notice is provided separately at the time of purchase.

we may amend these terms with effect for the future for good cause (e.g. changes in law, in the services offered, or in case law), provided this does not unreasonably disadvantage the user. we will inform registered users of material changes in a suitable manner (e.g. by email or notice on the platform) in advance.

these terms are governed by the laws of the federal republic of germany, excluding the un convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. for consumers, this applies only insofar as it does not restrict mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of habitual residence.

if a provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
